Job Description
The primary purpose of the role is to drive the development and delivery of end to end Total Reward Strategies for Invensys Rail Group, with regions including EMEA, Americas and APAC. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner and with dotted line reporting to the Vice President Total Reward of Invensys, the job holder will also support the delivery and administration of base pay, variable pay, benefit & recognition programmes leading to improvements in employee attraction, engagement, motivation, development and retention.
