Due to significant change within this financial institution's International HR team, based in Central London, they currently have a new role for an exceptional Global Talent Manager. You will be be responsible for idenitfying and analysing their international talent within a specfic business unit where you will develop innovative solutions to gain stakeholder buy in. As a key influencer it will be your responsibility to develop the case for change followed by the development of change communications, project plans and aid in the culture development program.
