JOB DESCRIPTION

Ownership of the relationship with Consumer Sales Director and Retail General Manager to deliver a commercially focused, proactive and diagnostic solution driven HR service aligned to the HR and Business strategy. Lead and manage the Consumer Sales HR team to deliver high levels of engagement of the team and in turn deliver effectively to the client groups through the wider team.
