The Recruitment Director leads a centralised team of recruiters working across all four Divisions of L’Oreal in the UK in order to resource the company with the highest calibre of talent as quickly as possible at minimal cost. The role manages a team of four individuals and is unusual in combining extensive responsibility for graduate recruitment together with hiring for roles up to UK Director level.
