Develop and regularly review ST production of the annual Service Delivery Plans and quarterly performance management review process. Establish the alignment of Service Delivery Plan information with other activity reporting in liaison with Finance; Business Planning & Support and HR to enable strategic alignment of objectives; deliverables; budget and in doing so effect an automated/seamless reporting process.
