They are now seeking an experienced Leadership Training Manager to deliver leadership programmes which will ensure the business can build capability across the organisation. You will be working alongside colleagues whose focus will be design; this is therefore a role which will appeal to candidates who have a strong a preference for programme delivery rather than design. As well as the relevant experience in leadership training, candidates must also possess confidence and gravitas in order to communicate with stakeholders and deliver programmes to Senior Managers and Directors.
