Our client is a leading energy company who have one of the largest in-house tax department in the UK. With over 100,000 global employees and over 8000 of those in the UK the employee issues department have a challenging time. The role they have is to be a general employee issues adviser for the company and you may cover share schemes issues, termination payments, compensation and benefits, expatriate tax issues, PAYE and contracts.
