JOB DESCRIPTION

Key responsibilities of the role will be the development, implementation, management and control of Performance and Reward strategies across the business. Develop, implement, monitor and continuously improve the Performance related Pay and Reward policies and procedures through a specific programme of ongoing reviews and consultation across the Council to ensure its robustness, relevance and effectiveness.
