As Head of HR for this fast-paced and dynamic business you will assume the role of Head of HR with a team reporting in. You will have full accountability for all aspects of the people agenda including recruitment, training and employee relations. You will have a strong leadership mentality and be able to provide strategic and operational direction to the business.
