Leading the CIPD’s commercial training business, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for CIPD’s Public and In House Training businesses that maximises the commercial opportunities to grow revenue and profit, in addition contributing to the overall achievement of wider CIPD objectives to grow membership and to improve HR capability.
