The role will be generalist and hands on in nature and supported by a small team. Responsibilities will focus on providing a broad HR service to the Leadership team and all staff as well as guidance on compensation and benefits, employment policies and procedures, recruitment, training and development, performance appraisals, health and safety management, and salary and benefits administration.
