You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to a designated part of the site in accordance with he agreed HR and Business strategy. In addition, you will manage the provision of compensation and benefits whilst providing guidance to staff on employment law and contractual matters. You will work in partnership with offsite HR colleagues to implement HR initiatives aligned to the both global and European HR strategies including performance management and succession planning.
