JOB DESCRIPTION

To work with the nominated business areas to support the implementation of an HR strategy to support the business plan. To be responsible for delivering an effective, comprehensive and integrated HR service to the nominated business area. To manage all employee relations issues, up to, but not including, employment tribunal claims.
