You’ll manage the whole graduate recruitment process, developing attraction campaigns, setting up selection processes and supporting the graduate intake as the final port of call for problems and central training management. Your role won’t just be limited to Graduates, Abbey is setting up a school leavers scheme and we would want you to manage this as well.
