This position advises the client and Business Partner on all aspects of compensation and is aligned to the Global Technology & Operations divisions. The incumbent acts as a consultant to the Business and the Business Partner, advising on the development and implementation of compensation strategies and policies. The incumbent delivers market-competitive solutions which support business objectives, are compliant with global standards and local regulatory requirements, and enhance the Bank’s ability to attract and retain talent.
