Our client is seeking an ER specialist to provide commercial advice and guidance on ER issues, particularly on complex cases. Responsibilities: Managing the process to decide who should be leading the cases and what HR areas should be supporting; Work with the business to resolve issues and achieve a satisfactory outcome; Liaise with key stakeholders as necessary and build relationships across the business and externally.
