The vacancy is to cover the Senior Manager who is PL&A Relationship Manager for the Tax practice, as well as having involvement in wider issues and policy work. Around 70% of the role will be advising HC colleagues and line partners/managers on complex employee relations issues, primarily by phone but also via email and in face to face meetings.
