As a result of internal progression, this international blue chip organisation is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to be responsible for the effective management of the full Employee Relations capability within the business and oversee the development and promotion of pay, benefits and terms and conditions available for all employees. You will also manage the development, delivery and evaluation of effective employee and trade union relationship within the organisation to support the achievement of business objectives and company ambitions.
