My client, a Global Healthcare organisation is currently looking to recruit an Employee Relations (ER) Leader. Reporting to the Head of HR for the UK and working with a team of 10 + HR Managers you will be responsible for owning and delivering the ER plan which will impact 2500 employees across 6 businesses with in the UK.
