A leading international consumer financial services organisation requires an exceptional individual with natural commercial instinct to provide HR solutions for EMEA. You will be responsible for partnering with the business to drive HR initiatives, particularly those focused on developing the EMEA business within the UK, increasing revenue and identifying opportunities for commercial growth. To be successful in this role you will have an exceptional knowledge of the financial services arena, have worked as an HR Business Partner within in a complex matrix structure, have the ability to understand business plans, develop HR initiatives and evaluate success via tangible results.
