As a Divisional HR Partner you'll be working in partnership with the Regional Manager. You'll coach managers to lead their teams in driving capability and talent, ensuring the delivery of robust HR processes and practices. As well as striving to achieve and maintain world class employee engagement, you'll identify other key business priorities, creating and implementing the people plans and initiatives that underpin core HR activity.
