Business partnership is what this challenging role is about. Therefore whilst it is essential that you have a high level of experience in dealing with complex ER issues, it is also important that you are commercially focussed and passionate about the strategy of the business and can use HR specialist fields such as recruitment and selection and performance management to assist the Divisional Leadership team. It is therefore imperative that you are an exceptional communicator and can influence the way people think at every level.
