JOB DESCRIPTION

You will have responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of HR services as well as taking the lead on exploring a range of methods to modernise the service in order to deliver a fit-for-purpose, service focussed HR function. As part of the Trust’s Senior Management Team you will also have responsibility for contributing to the development of wider corporate strategies and objectives.
