JOB DESCRIPTION

You will have overall responsibility for the day to day delivery of Human Resource services including medical staffing and workforce planning and information. By developing relationships with other members of the Trusts Senior Team you will implement opportunities to make the Human Resources function a true business partner, thus ensuring that staff are effectively managed and developed to enable the Trust to deliver its strategic and operational objectives.
