Eaton Corporation has an excellent opportunity for a HR professional to provide HR leadership for country issues in the UK. In conjunction with business leaders and HRMs, harmonise processes and practices as much as possible to reduce administrative costs. Stay abreast of current labour trends and issues and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Assist the businesses in building bench strength by facilitating meaningful assignments that develop key talent. Support mergers, acquisitions and divestitures as needed.
