Reporting to the Head of HR for UK (and with a dotted reporting line to the C&B Leader for EMEA) the C&B Manager will provide C&B leadership for the UK based GE Healthcare business (approx 2500 employees). Responsible for implementing the GE Healthcare Compensation and Benefits policies & processes across the UK, working with the 10+ HR managers; and ensuring that HR Manangers and Line Managers are leveraging the benefits of all C&B tools to assist in attraction, retention and motivation of talent in the business.
