My client, a Global Healthcare organisation is currently looking to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Manager. Reporting to the Head of HR UK you will provide C&B leadership to the UK based business of 2500 employees and work closely with 10 + HR managers and ensure the HR mangers and Line Managers are leveraging the benefits of all C&B tools to assist in attraction and motivation in the business.
