The need has arisen for an experienced Compensation professional to join their team providing guidance to line and HR management regarding compensation for employees, administering the annual compensation planning process and analyzing and reporting on internal and external market compensation data. Candidates in this role will actively lead and participate in Investment Bank and firm-wide projects involving compensation and will partner with finance colleagues for budget and planning purposes.
