HR consists of a global network of generalists and specialists who partner with our business and corporate groups to advise on a broad spectrum of programs, services, and initiatives, including recruitment and retention, leadership and professional development, training, and performance management. Advice and support are delivered through HR professionals, who are aligned with business and corporate groups, along with the employee service centre and shared services teams. HR is also responsible for the analysis and delivery of workforce data as well as healthcare and wellness programs.
