We are looking for a skilled learning and development professional with experience of bringing about change in a large organisation. The vision is for the function to act as a ‘one stop shop’ for the Trust’s workforce both providing and commissioning training and development, this will involve the management of change and bringing a diverse staff group together into a central function.
You will lead a small team of workforce, learning and OD specialists, but will work closely with operational managers across the Trust, providing leadership and direction in a continually changing environment. Your challenge will be to ensure your team provides an effective, professional and
strategic HR service that responds to our Service Development Plan. This will include
enabling and supporting managers in the planning and shaping of their workforce.
The post holder will lead the work of the eHealth Benefits Team, to ensure that key national projects are delivered with a focus on benefits realisation throughout the lifetime of the projects; for example PMS, PACS, Clinical Portal. The post holder will champion and facilitate the adoption of a benefits-driven approach to other eHealth projects at national, regional and local levels, in order to maximise the benefits realised.
