As part of a wider HR team and with the support of 2 HR Business Partners, you will be responsible to drive change and performance aligned with the needs of the business.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead a HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service across all manufacturing sites. As an integral part of the business unit’s management team, you will contribute to the delivery of the overall business strategy, translating these to workable HR interventions, policies and procedures.
